i hate…
that I can never admit that I like girls. I mean I can admit it to myself… but anyone else is scary.

I know this point in the practice well. This is after the 5 nivasanas and then a few arm balances, and turtle. It’s killer.

Literally just rolled out of bed when I took these so excuse the head-part of the pictures, haha.I am seriously loving how my body is looking in this bikini. It’s crazy how proud of myself I am - not only how far I’ve come physically, but more especially how much stronger my mind has become.
Being comfortable in your own skin is an amazing, amazing feeling :)

Here I am, sitting here debating whether or not I want to go exercise today. It’s like 80 degrees outside and I really don’t feel like running or exercising today, and I’m kind of sick. But, if I miss one more star on my goal chart, I won’t make my overall goal of getting over 80% this week.
And then, I see this. Couldn’t have better timing!
